What carrier should I use?

We recommend Royal Mail with tracking and appropriate insurance for the value of your item. Keep your proof of postage.

How long does a postal repair take?

Turnaround depends on the complexity of the repair and current workload. We will give you a realistic timeline when we assess your item.

Do you repair all types of items by post?

Most leather goods, footwear, bags, luggage and specialist items can be sent by post. We will advise you during the WhatsApp assessment stage.

How do you return my item?

We return items by Royal Mail or an agreed courier. Return postage is included in the repair quote or charged separately - we will confirm this upfront.

What if my item is lost in the post?

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
