FAQ
What types of leather damage can you repair?
Scratches, cuts, tears, peeling, colour fading, stitching failure, structural damage and general wear. The extent of restoration depends on the severity and type of damage.
Can you match the original colour?
We aim to colour-match using professional dyes and pigments. A perfect match is not always possible, particularly on heavily faded items or unusual colours, but we can usually achieve a very close result.
Do you restore vintage leather goods?
Yes. Heritage and vintage leather items are some of our most rewarding restoration projects. We assess each item carefully before undertaking any work.
Can you repair peeling or bonded leather?
Bonded leather (PU-coated leather) is more difficult to restore as the coating itself deteriorates. We assess each case individually and advise honestly on what is achievable.
Do you repair car leather interiors?
We assess car leather on a case-by-case basis. Some items can be repaired in our workshop. Please send photos via WhatsApp for an assessment.
How long does leather restoration take?
Simple repairs can be done in 1-3 days. Full restoration projects may take longer. We will advise a timeline when we assess your item.
