A damaged suitcase or broken zip does not have to mean buying a replacement. Whether it is a RIMOWA with a broken zip, a Samsonite with a failed wheel assembly or a vintage leather holdall that needs new hardware, our workshop can help.

We repair both hard-shell and soft-shell luggage, and we work on all brands as an independent repair studio. Every repair is assessed individually and we advise honestly on what is achievable.

Do you repair RIMOWA suitcases?

Yes. We repair RIMOWA and other hard-shell and soft-shell luggage. Common repairs include zips, handles, wheel assemblies and shell damage. We are an independent repair studio and are not affiliated with RIMOWA.

Can you replace a broken wheel on a suitcase?

Yes. Wheel replacement is one of the most common luggage repairs. We source replacement wheels for many suitcase models.

Can you repair a broken telescopic handle?

Yes. Telescopic handle repair and replacement is possible on many suitcases. We assess the construction and advise on the best approach.

Can you repair a cracked hard-shell suitcase?

We assess hard-shell damage individually. Some cracks and splits can be repaired effectively; others may be too extensive. We give honest advice.

Can I send my suitcase by post?

Yes for smaller or soft-sided items. For large hard suitcases, visiting us in Banstead may be more practical. We advise on packaging if you send by post.

How long does luggage repair take?

Many luggage repairs are completed within 2-5 working days depending on parts availability and complexity.
