A broken zip, worn handle or scratched leather does not have to mean the end of a treasured bag. Our workshop handles designer and luxury handbag repairs with the care and skill these items deserve. We assess each bag individually before starting any work, and we give honest advice about what is achievable.
We have repaired bags from a wide range of brands, from everyday quality pieces to high-value luxury items. Every repair is carried out by hand in our workshop in Banstead, Surrey.

Can you replace a broken zip on a designer bag?
Yes. Zip replacement is one of our most common repairs. We stock a range of quality zip types and source replacements appropriate for the bag where possible.
Can you repair a broken handle or strap?
Yes. Handle and strap repair or replacement is common work for us. We repair stitching, apply new leather sections and replace hardware where needed.
Do you repair the inside lining of handbags?
Yes. Lining repair and replacement is possible on most bags. We assess the bag individually to advise on the best approach.
Can you restore a faded or scratched leather bag?
Yes. We can treat faded and scratched leather, restore colour and condition the leather. The result depends on the severity of the damage and the leather type.
Can I send my designer bag by post?
Yes. Send photos on WhatsApp first. Once we have agreed the repair and quote, you can post your bag to us by Royal Mail with appropriate insurance.

No. We are an independent repair studio. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by any luxury brand.
