Cleaning and restoration solve different problems
We agree the process for the actual material and condition. Several treatments or repairs can be included in one brief.
Start with the item, not a treatment name
A leather jacket, suede shoe and lined travel bag need different care. Send a whole-item photograph, close views of marks and a clear care-label photo. Describe the stain, how long it has been there and any products or treatments already used.
Let us know about loose seams, a damaged lining or a broken zip as well. Repairs and cleaning can be considered together, so the quotation covers the actual work rather than a series of disconnected requests.
Before your cleaning enquiry
Do I need to choose dry cleaning myself?
No. Tell us what the item is and what needs attention. The care label, material, trims and construction determine whether dry cleaning or another method is appropriate.
Can cleaning restore faded leather?
Cleaning and colour restoration are different processes. Describe fading or finish damage as well as dirt, so the studio can assess both concerns.
Can I ask about a valuable or designer piece?
Yes. Mention original hardware, colour, finish and any manufacturer care instructions. The studio is an independent service and agrees treatment for the individual item.
